Entreriver and Catella AM invest €37M in a Barcelona PBSA scheme

The project, located in Badia del Vallès, will comprise 319 beds and represents a total investment of approximately €37 million. The scheme will be developed close to one of Spain’s largest university campuses and is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2028–2029 academic year.
